We (group of consumers) filed EOW case against builder, the court asked builder to issue cheque to victims and if any victim is unavailable or refuses to collect cheque then builder shall deposit FDR of the sum due in name of such victim in the concerned court. I was unable to collect cheque initially, now I have formally settled the dispute with builder and want to get the FD released from court. Kindly tell me the procedure of getting FD released from court.
