    This is my response to you: 1. If the house is under your name then you can enter it anyhow; 2. If there is High Court against you to enter then challenge the same; 3. If she is drawing maintenance as rent received then argue so in court; 4. Tell the court everything honestly.

    If u undertake to pay maintenance in form of rent collection and if the same is recorded in court proceedings, then u are bind by it.. however police cannot arrest you unless a court order been obtained.. proper guidance can be given only on perusal of all papers and court proceedings..

    answerd by Adv kavery Anand Bangalore if ownership in urs ... then No one can arrest u ... keep Ur ownership documents.. and file a criminal case on her... that she is taking rent forcefully and ... not allowing me in side the house.. but I m the original owner of that house..
