Asked in Criminal
This is my response to you: 1. If the house is under your name then you can enter it anyhow; 2. If there is High Court against you to enter then challenge the same; 3. If she is drawing maintenance as rent received then argue so in court; 4. Tell the court everything honestly.
If u undertake to pay maintenance in form of rent collection and if the same is recorded in court proceedings, then u are bind by it.. however police cannot arrest you unless a court order been obtained.. proper guidance can be given only on perusal of all papers and court proceedings..
Is she filed any maintenance petition or petition under Domestic violence act. ?
answerd by Adv kavery Anand Bangalore if ownership in urs ... then No one can arrest u ... keep Ur ownership documents.. and file a criminal case on her... that she is taking rent forcefully and ... not allowing me in side the house.. but I m the original owner of that house..
