Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. is applicable in your case for quashing of FIR in Hon'ble High Court provided that the parties are ready amicably.

in case the matter has been settled between the parties you can file quashing at high court, irrespective of whether charge sheet has been filed or not. however in case the matter has not settled and the charge sheet has been filed and the charges are yet to be framed, try and set out your case while arguing on charge

you can file a petition under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code in High Court concerned for quashing the FIR.
