Dear Experts, I am an accused in a 498a case. My application for recall of a witness u/s 311 CrPC has been dismissed on 07 Feb 2019 by JMIC. I want to challange/file revision against this order at High Court u/s 482 CrPC. Please advise what is the time limit to challenge dismissal at High Court by filing revision u/s 482 CrPC. Dear Sir, You can challenge it before High Court if it is barred by time that is after 60 days then you can file condonation application under Section 5 of Limitation Act. For full procedure contact me on mobile through the Administrators of this Website.
