as per document wife extorted money frequently from after marriage. now wife did false 498a case. now husband can do 498a case against wife. if not then what counter case can do.

Dear Sir, It is not like that you cannot file 498A against wife and the most you can get divorce from her.

you can file FIR against your wife for extortion under section 384 of ipc.. give your complaint to your concern police station..
