Bengaluru, KarnatakaFile Contempt of Court against Your wife. Once , case matter settled in Mediation the Concerned Court Judge again ask both parties whether the Agreement entered between parties in Mediation is under any coercion or threat or pressure. Once he gets assurance from both parties the Judge enters same in order sheet and passes his Judgement which becomes a Judicial Order. After which violation of order becomes Contempt of Court.
