Regarding Magistrate

498a complain, before charge stage wife is not giving evidence from last 13 months, in the meantime wife & husband did comprise at mediation centre, as per direction of HC. after receiving handsome money again she is not filing 13B from last 06 month. From last 2 date she is giving attendance through advocate.Today DLSA advocate of 85 yrs old mother of husband gave application to court for dismiss the case. then magistrate stated ," beta ko bolie Mata gi ko poresan na kore, court ko sob somojh me aata hai" . have complete certified evidence from family court of sec9 of husband against entire complain of 498a. reason behind dispute is wife wanted to keep husband from his mother, has document. now whose court mother of husband can submit application with document, son is not disturbing to his mother, actual fact is for keeping mother husband went to jail for regular bail, lost his job.wife did false complain against husband, MIL, BIL, after 13 yrs of marriage and after 2.5 yrs of filed sec9 of husband.
