My mobile was snatched 6 months ago and I had filed an FIR for that.I was allotted an I.O and gone to that place to tell about incident. Now after 6 month he is calling and saying to come again to tell the location, but I am very far away from the police station about 800 km and there is Corona pandemic also. But he is saying you have to come otherwise I will bring you forcefully by sending notice from the court or you do cancellation of FIR by mailing to SHO that your mobile was lost and you have done lost complaint and you want to cancel the FIR. I have requested him very much but he didn't accepted my situation. Now due to the pandemic and due to his press and threat about notice from the court I had to write letter to SHO that- My mobile was lost on this date and when I complained to cyber a fir had been done.so I want to cancel the fir I have done lost complaint. I want to know that will there a case of false fir on me. In the letter I didn't written that my mobile wasn't snatch

you need not worry he can not cancel the fir nor can issue warrant send a mail to higher authority regarding the i.o behaviour now you will have to go to court for evidence of your case only
