Regarding My Domestic Violence Case

I m frm Chennai. Its going to be almost 1 year to complete for my D.V case filed in Chennai but there seems no possible justice in my case yet. I have gone through severe extent of harrassment by my husband and inlaws. Those 3 accused people are just enjoying happily. Evn they act well that they r innocent and hve done nothing. How will the judge do justice in my case. My parents have spent huge amount of 18 lakhs overall marriage expenses as per demands by my husband and inlaws. After marriage they took me to bangalore where my husband works with hindustan Unilever limited and earns well 2 lakhs per month but still he beat me to get more money n property from my parents for his purpose. He used me as his slave than a wife. My inlaws too left their own apartments in Mumbai n planned to settle with us in bangalore n started severe torture. I was put hold on food n locked up inside room for 3 days. They attempted to kill me.. they never let me out of house and i was suffering badly alone under these 3 people. My family came to my rescue on 11 April 2014. If i was not rescued at right time. I could not hve been alive today. Those 3 people are such criminal minded and act well. They have taken so much money from my parents but still mad about money. I was married on 12 january 2014 in Chennai. I m native of Chennai. For past 2 years i m searching to various foot steps for help in my case. Evn my complaint in police station was not taken up properly in Chennai. Those people act that they are innocent and they have not taken anything and never tortured me. And my husband is tellling like he won't give back evn a single penny of mine. My case is just prolonging as they r pretending eachtime tht they hve to attend fr case frm mumbai n bangalore. So they r just extending the case. I hbe truly suffered severe extent of violence and attempt on my life by those 3 people. How could those 3 be punished. If left they will continue the same with another girl too. Please help me out in my case. I need justice n i dont want people to misuse woman as a means of toy n throw it just like. I was bed ridden for an year n all my medical expenses was taken care by my parents. Loss was caused by those 3 criminal people n for which my parents had to suffer in addition to their health problems. Please give me suggestion in my case. How can those 3 people be caught finally. They act very well as innocent to people out but onli i knew wt they did to me.
