Regarding My Domestic Violence Case

I hve filed in bangalore too 498 a later in feb 2015 as my complaint was not taken in chennai police station. I hve faced the violence very next day of my marriage in Chennai n later fr 2 months continued harrassment both physical n mentally by my husband n in laws. They were always asking me for more money to bring frm my parents and for property too. Aftr marriage too my father had to deposit 70000 to my husbands account n he bought a bike in tht cash. They beat me n kept me like their domestic worker n slave to be used up n tortured such badly by them. Now my husband is telling like he n his parents r innocent n they hve done nothing n i m the one telling false accusations. I told judge to ask him repay my allowances back 20 lakhs which they hve taken frm my parents. My husband tells like to let her take divorce herself under islamic law and just move away without getting bak my amount n things frm him. He tells judge like he earns less so he cant give evn a single penny as she doest deserve and with lot advise by the judge he told like i will pay her bak just 1 lakh. I done have any child. My parents are happy to find me alive today. I m fighting this case for my justice as wt i hve gone through in hands of those people they should not committ the same to anybody's life again. Its my second life now. If i was not rescued by my parents i could not hve been alive today. My husband is acting very innocent in front of judge n my inlaws too as they r very poor n innocent. My husband is very criminal minded one and telling me to take divorce myself under islamic law so that i could have no rights to ask him bak anything. And islamic law favors a guy to have upto 4 marriages. My husband could also take advantage of this. My husband is presenting to judge tht his earnings r poor tht he struggles fr a single penny but in reality he earns 2 lakhs per month.. he is paid well by hindustan Unilever bangalore n evn he visits abroad and has a good pay but still he pretends to avoid giving me maintenance allowance. What shall i do as my case seems no way to be justified by anybody. I m suffering still as thr sesms no possibilities in my case. Please if somebody could maake out my helpless situation. I need justice frm those 3 people.please help me out what shall i do in my case.
