Suppose if 'A', who is not an indigent person commits murder of 'Z' and get arrested by the police and presented before the court, Will he also get Public Prosecutor by the court to defend his case or he will have to hire an advocate on his own expenses? Plzz help.

he can ask for legal aid and court will provide him an advocate who will defend him

First the PP (public prosecutor) is an aid to the State. so he will be prosecuting A. further. if A is not Able to afford a lawyer. the court will direct a lawyer from legal aid most likely to represent A.

What do you mean by murder by indigent person. Any offence committed by any one is punishable crime. No PP will represent him. If he wants and apply to the court orally, he get a lawyer from legal aid cell.

no public prosecutor defend him because the PP represent to the court from government and every crime is against the government.he will get lawyer from legal aid if he is poor.
