Hello sudhir as I can see tht you have mentioned you rejection of anticipatory bail from the high court in this sinario you should take stand to file slp in supreme court for getting the bail but first you have to see tht is your case is fit for anticipatory bail. others it can harm you in the form of an adverse order against you from supreme court . it will be better for you to consult an advocate from supreme court it self. then go for bail filling in supreme court.

It is well settled that SLP CRIMINAL may be filed in the SUPREME Court of INDIA for grant of relief as you need in your case. I have to go through with the High Court order for further advice.

Search Results Featured snippet from the web If Bail rejected by High Court means, you can very well file another bail petition under Section 439 CrPC (on the same provision even Session Court has power to release on bail) after lapse of some time (around 15 days) by citing change of circumstances before the High Court itself.
