1. Arbitration is pending before an arbitrator 2. Respondents want to lodge an FIR related to criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy, forgery, etc. 3. Approached Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana and court-ordered " Notice of motion to State & let a reply to the petition be filed by the State. Till such time, the contemplation of lodging of FIR, if any, against the petitioner shall remain in abeyance " Kindly suggest what legal option & remedies can be explored to restrict the respondents from lodging an FIR and if any judgments are available to support the case.
