im fighting ndps case on me from last 7 years.i have documents evidence like r.t.i information which proving im innocent but im not getting justice from high court and session judge should i go supreme court for justice? is r.t.i information valueable in supreme court

Yes Amit ji you have a strong ground to quashing the FIR after trail or chalan if the conclusion can be deffer and in this case strong reason you have to release.. in which jail you are and have hearing in High Court is pending then you can move application in appeal
