    If FIR registered pls appoint local lawyer to get Anticipatory Bail from High Court. They will guide you for further proceedings.

    if FIR is registered then apply for anticipatory bail or you can approach to High Court for quashing the FIR.

  • Mohit yes you have to take Anticipatory Bail and it can be done from the Sessions Court and if later on their will be a compromise then you have to go for quashing because as you also know you are on Probation and I guess you don't want to take any risk.     it's not compoundable uh may need to go high court for quashing of FIR after compromise btw uh nd other party...
