If FIR registered pls appoint local lawyer to get Anticipatory Bail from High Court. They will guide you for further proceedings.

Mohit yes you have to take Anticipatory Bail and it can be done from the Sessions Court and if later on their will be a compromise then you have to go for quashing because as you also know you are on Probation and I guess you don't want to take any risk.
