  • Mr Shah, it is utterly dismaying that you could not discern the underlying emphasis on my answer. Even common sense is irrelevant to understand that you are talking on innuendos . Claiming to be a Tantric itself is no offence under any Indian law. In the present day context Preventive detention is not permitted in India except for the habitual offenders under COFEPOSA. Since Maharashtra is a heaven of mafias there must be some state law for enforcement of Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. The recent 'Anti Tantric' law of Maharashtra is a sheer eye wash. The provisions are superfluous. Statutes already have those. New law is stringent and a separate banner is given to agents of God, that's only. General law of the country empower every citizen to caution the state of impending commission of serious non bailable offences by criminals. You can file a petition before the Police of your locality against your opponent naming him stating that he is a self claimed Tantrick and is likely to commit specific series of or serious non bailable offences in the local area and incite people to commit such offences and therefore necessary actions should be taken to prevent unlawful actions by him. Wait and watch what they do. Hope your ego would now rest in peace.

  • you can give your grievance through a complaint to the nearest police station. though I advice you not to take any harsh steps against any person. first you need to be sure if that person is a nuisance or not. only then do so. else you could get counter sued for harassing and defamation.

  • Actually you are not a Tantric. You feel you are. It is only a state of mind. Even if you feel or say that you are God, that itself is not an offence under any law. To fear Police, you should commit an unlawful act or in other words an offence. Unless you commit an offence no Police will arrest you. Are you happy now.
