I have been wrongly framed in a COUNTER BLAST FIR against us, in a business matter. Our FIR was registered on 14th Feb 2022 and opposite party, after filing 156(3) has managed to get FIR filed on 14 Mar 2022. Where can I get Anticipatory Bail / Stay Arrest filed. and how much Time will it take. Please also Advise what are the minimum expenses to be incurred on this. . Matter in Summary, Bank has Auctioned, in collusion with a scrap trader, our property after it went NPA. But at very low cost. Part of property already sold under NOC from bank and money deposited in bank, for which they issued a No Dues Certificate. We filed FIR against bank for doing this Cheating with us and others, and now bank has filed FIR against us in the same matter and Same Judge has accepted application of 156(3) surprisingly.
