Agree with N Karthikkanna Ji, if you made a query then why arguing, i bet High Court Judges do not give STRANGE decisions as you alleged. You might be in some STIGMA, first come out of this and make query again, Good Luck

Listing depends on the type of petition, consult with a supreme court lawyer.. Normally 3 to 10 days.. Supreme court judges will never and can't read the petition in full, before hearing.. only in 2% cases it will happen.. Hence no assurety at all..
