Vishu the new motor vehicle act has become operative from 1st September 2019 so you have to pay the fine only on the basis of the old motor vehicle act. so please go to the court and file an application for the confession. The trial court will pass an order to deposit the fine according to the provisions of old act but now you should be careful in future
