Transfer Certificate / College Leaving Certificate

At the time of admission in graduation i got two documents from my 12th school (1) a transfer certificate (2) college leaving certificate . i had doubt in my mind that i got fooled and got false tc at the time of admission in graduation i submitted both and ask admission officer to submit 2nd document for verification as i have doubt on transfer certificate he said ok i am submitting college leaving certificate for verification . My verification was done and positive . will it cause any problem in future if my admission officer submit (1) document on which i have doubt
