Under 498A If Bail Petition Get Rejected

If the session court of West Bengal rejects bail petition after going through the hearing from his chambers as opposition party has claimed with WhatsApp message records which was actually neither very aggressive nor so much dangerous on which the judge has rejected the bail petition of a 73 years old Father of the person on which the 498A case imposed and also to his sister who was already married and living far away from his home, then in this case how the party should move ahead.
