if you are holder of the cheque than first of all you give the 15 day notice to opposite party and then file a complaint u/s 138 NIA any query you may ask

who are you either drawer or drawee

you need to clarify the cheque which bounced was given by you or received by you.

First give notice for 15 days and not pay in 15 days So after 30 days to file case under N.I. Act.
