if witnesses has already given statement then wait for some time till acquittal then make complaint against the person/police who involved u in this case ,u can also claim for defamation

If charge sheet is not filed the file 482 petition otherwise file discharge application before the trial court.

you can also opt for the discharge application in the trial court

obtain bail and go for quashing of the FIR/Charges against you in the concerned High Court, if you have valid proofs

you contest the trial
