What If Some Important Papers In Criminal Case Chargesheet Is Missing?

A false case was registered against my friend for which chargesheet is also filed,but that was not numbered even after more than 1 year as some important documents like APP opinion letter,Letters from Tahsildar are missing in the file..If originals were missed in the court..whether the case will be quashed or will be continued? In this case App who gave his opinion to file the case is advocating for one of the sites for which chargesheet filed,obtained injunction order,and still continuing the case, Chargesheet filed after obtaining 2nd complaint where it is alleged that government property was occupied but the complaint was given by individual person,but not by revenue authorities..in this context what are the chances of getting this case sustain in the court of law?
