What Is The Minimum That Cops Will Do?

So my question For Only Best Advocates that is I am Tantrik In Mumbai. I am Claiming That I Can Invoke Ghost, I can Cure person, I can Cure Haunted houses,I had Advertised On FB and everywhere about Me that I am Shaman and siddh tantrik and Also I had Demanded 5 lakhs To many Peoples and Charged many Big Amounts. There are 2/3 People Who are Witness of this Deals. So Practically Its prohibited According To Maharashtra. What Is The Minimum Legal Action Will be taken On me.? 1.What Will Police Do, If somebody Did FIR on me Just By Telling to Police That I had Demanded Such amounts.. will Police Try To Hit me and take my statement Until The court Gets The Perfect witness? 2. what will happen i mean expected Minimum Punishment? please help me out!!!
