Wrong Filing Of Fir 447, 506, 323.

On 7th January 2018, My Neighbour who is also relative had entered into my factory with his son & few others, first pushed my gateman forcefully entered my factory then pushed & hit me even my turban went off. And when I started shouting they went off and later from his factory which is very next to mine, owner himself Drove his crane and hit my factory building & broke the wall, showing weapons, abusing, (All Recording & Photographs are with me) after several calls Police came, saw & heard the incident and complaint was taken in the night but dairy no. was not given, On 8th morning dairy no. was given and told us to wait for a day on 9th without any documents/recording/Photographs Police filed FIR on both of us 447, 506, 323 IPC and one addition of 427 on them. On 11th I had given application to Commissioner to investigate the matter & cancel our FIR & add sections on them but till date Even ACP is not doing anything just saying come tomorrow tomorrow.. Now what should I do as I have all the records of he driving his crane & breaking my building, showing weapon.
