I love a girl and she loves me too much and we want to get married but problem is that she got married with anybody else in 2007 because of family pressure but she is not happy with whom she got married and she has a child also he ia 8 years of age and her husband also in live with other girl and want to get married with that girl but still they arent divorced and that girl to whom i love and she too we want to get married and she says to me that we get married there wouldnt be any problem my husband has no any problem if get married with anybody else because he doesnt love her, is that possible if i get married he will not create any problem.

She's a mother of 8 yr old kid.. Then marriage proof not a bother able one.. If u wanna join in life get mutual divorce and then get married.. if u marry without divorce, then it's legally not valid.. She will facing Bigamy charge, and u will be held for Adultery..
