you must find out his details from Bar Association Record. he may be serious problem or fake advocate.

what is his name, find out from bar register and also contact with prakar of the Court for you next date and attend in Court otherwise Court may pass any order. you also contact with other lawyer for help.

Before taking any action against the lawyer, try to find out the actual reason why is not responding. He may be in some problem. If you feel that he is wantedly advoiding your call, give a complaint in bar council. But try to know the reason.
