    Nullity means "No (legal) effect".. it is granted on some grounds.. if ordered, no maintenance/alimony at all.. hence its true.. Impotency, even if alleged, can never be proved unless u admit.. No one (doctor) can give impotency certificate hence need not bother about that.. Nullity and impotency is totally different.. Impotency is not a ground for nullity..
