What is the process of annulment in Muslim law and in which cases can a person seek annulment? The marriage was not consumated and the man had got married because of coercion from parents without his will. However he wishes to break the marriage and rejoin with someone else. Also what would it mean for the woman. After getting annulment or divorce, can she get married again?
