It has been over 6 months since I filed the alimony pendente lite application u/S 36 of the Special Marriage Act and a passage of 1 year since the divorce was filed by the husband on extremely false grounds. However the opposite side is causing delay and the section 36 Application has not even been heard. How to get speedy disposal of section 36 Application.

You can file a direction petition before the High court for expeditious disposal.. U/A 227 or by going a revision against any interim order..
