Divorce

Hello My friend is married from last three years. He belongs to a village in Gurugram but his lifestyle is totally different . He is Rajput. Three years ago, due to family pressure, he got married with a girl from Uttar ptadesh village. She is very typical , uneducated, clumsy and totally different from his husband. No feelings, no physical intimacy even one time, they tatal talked 15 minuets in three years. He asked his family many time ki he can not survive with her. His family only say due to so called samaj , if you want to sapaerat with her, either you Need to die or her. He is helpless now. He talked to her father also he said you have to survive with her. Now he want divorce. Plz suggest what we can do.
