My divorce is going on since 2015 my wife left then i filled conjunal rights then9 she came for a month again she went back to her home and put dhara 304 voilence against me that is bogus and then i have decided to put divorce now she again playing torcher and taking time for divorce i getting too harassed ...judge keeps giving dates i feel so myvh upset and harassed please guide me tell when jjdge will give his judgement is there any continuous date i can get for hearing as my whole money goes in travelling is the justice will be given to me???

Get certified copy of 'B diary extract' adjournment history.. and file a direction petition before ur high court to expedite the case under Article 227 and high court will issue a direction to the lower court to decide the case within 6 months.. The divorce law says that it must be concluded within 6 months. If not approach High Court and get direction to Family Court Judge.
