हीना जी पति से तलाक लेने के लिऐ कोर्ट आपको पति के पास कभी नही भेजेगी ।मात्र आपको मसला को आपसी ठीक करने का सलाह देती है मनना ना मनना आपकी मर्जी पर हैं।

तलाक हेतु परिवार न्यायालय मे धारा १३(१) कुटुम्ब न्यायालय अधि . के अन्तर्गत आवेदन पेश कर सकते हैं । कोई आवश्यक नही है कि आपको पति के घर ३महिने के लिऐ भेजे।
