you cannot apply for divorce since you were married 6 months ago you can approach with valid grounds for divorce and simeltaneously ask for cancellation of marriage

Even though not registered, you need to apply for divorce. Since only 6 months, you can also apply for cancellation/ nullification of marriage petition also.. but on valid grounds..

Separation must be atleast one year old
