We got married on 14 Nov'2016. After 20 days of marriage, She had started fighting wiyh me and parents. Then she wwnt to her home. Since then she was doing on regular basis. during that we got to know then she is nt even completed her 10+2 however before marriage she told me that she got 60% in +2. I am woeking in private company and in company for medical assurance they need some documents and when i asked about certificate and they gave me certificate of 10th class but fake. Apart from this she has thyroide problem in her harmone due to which she will not able to convince the baby.When we asked why they did lie on this. Then my wife said she gonna suscide if i ask again. One day she attempted to suicide as well. Then we visited her parents house. And got the statment that " She will not suicide in future and not threten to us in same." After some time, She again started the fighting with me, One day at time when i was sleeping, she did some makeup and pasted sticker and sent to her parents and told them i beaten her. Morning whn i was office Her uncle (Totally drunk) came to our house and use offensive word to my parents.She wanted that i live seperate from my parents. But when i didnt agree on it. Then she packed her luggage and didnot ask from me or my parents and left the home in Jan, 2018. After Jan'18, her family and brothers have been given us numerous of threaten warning on it. My inlaws and their relatives came last week on 28 july,2018 and had fight with us.They were around10 people and beaten me in home. We filed a complaint against them in police station. And same they did in police, Girl and her mother admitted in hospital and complaint against us..but it was false complaint as both of them were nt around at the time. Now in police station, Police are asking for compromise. I said on fighting we are ready for compromise. But they want me to take wife in home. I told them, now its not poosible as she is threnting then i will suicide and will blame on you. Police are saying if both parties not agreed then they send 751 to court. Apart from this girl family's are saying for 498 case. Kindly suggest what should i do..and answer below points: - In 751, FIR on both parties and warrent. Then how to prevent against it. - how to save from 498 a dowery charge. - What else we can do it
