No divorce decree contains conditions. if there is a private agreement in between the parties regarding the child, would not be bind on his father but,the child (if minor) has every right to get what he wants from his father legally.

you can go to the court asking for revocation of the decree of divorce.

Mere agreement is not effective. Is divorce granted?.. if not yet then u can file DV Act petition against any harassment..
