Divorce Case

Sir i have got married with a 45 years old maternal uncle in my 20 years old in the year 2007. But he is an impotent so couldn't live with me. So i have applied for divorce in the year 2011. case gone for 2011 to 2016 years and disposed since he didn't accept for divorce. But i want certificate to proceed with me life. What can i do now to get divorce and how long will it take now to get divorce?
