  • it'll take you 8-10 months depending upon the date given by the Hon'ble Court. It will also require a minimum of 2 hearings and also some agreements between the parties to finally get the divorce decreed. regards

    divorce happened in 2 motion... after frst motion uh may file for 2 motion but only after 6 months gap.. so atmost it will take an year.. ar also less than a year...
