Divorce Decree

If u know the court which passed the decree then via internet u can find out details of atleast case no. If u find out then apply for certified copy of decree which granted you divorce. Then on that basis you can remarry

You can file an Application under RTI Act to the Court of the District Judge in the place where the divorce decree was passed. They will give u the details as well as a copy of decree and order of the same. Rest if ur marriage was registered then apply under RTI Act to the Marriage Registrar office where your marriage was solemnised. But in many cases we use to issue precept to the marriage officer to cancel the certificate of marriage. I don't know about ur case but still I think that you have a right to apply for the same.
