    Dear Sir, You may act upon such ex-parte order before she approach appellate court and get a stay.

    This is my response to you: 1. She can file an appeal against the ex-parte order; 2. She has to file it within limitation period, but even then she can condone the delay; 3. You can contest that you tried all means to serve summons but she did not bother.

    She can set aside exparte at anytime before the decree passed within 30 days . after 30 days with condone delay.. if exparte decree also obtained then (60+30 days).. after then if u remarried then cannot be restored..
