Domestic Voilence

My brother got married in june 2016. and dispute were arise after 2-3 month between them she is also character less and caught by my brother 2-3 time through call and massages. She is divorcee and get second marrige with my brother. Now situation are worst she is abusing my brother, mother and me my father is also passed away. She is thrating us again and again for sucide and we have all recording related to discussion with her parent and her parent were also agree that their girl is wrong. so plz provide me the solution what should we do.
