    Only call recordings are not enough to prove your case their must be some other substantial evidence.

    Call records are admissible evidence if it was recorded in ur mobile, without the influence of telephone operator.. but there is a procedure to be followed.. recent 2g case this position is confirms by Supreme court..

    Phone calls recording without the consent of the other party is an offence & it cannot be used as a means for using it against that person!! Exception are there: National Security.
