I am 30 yrs old and unable to bare my wife's torture, who has ran from my house more than five times and went to police station to lodge false allegations on me. She doesnt want to have contacts with my family and doesnt allow my son to go to my parents home. My Australian Immigration visa is under process, is it right time to file for divorcee from my wife, if yes what is the process and on what reason can I file the case.
