i m 31yr hindu male.i got married 11 months ago.i hv hepatitis b(sexually transmitted disease) since before marriage.i didnt inform to wife at the time of marriage.i vaccinated her without her knowledge to prevent transfer.now she got to know that this disease is since before marriage.also we didnt hv complete sex even once.i accepted all those things over phone but she recorded all conversation. i also said that "i didnt hv knowledge of sex and now i am fit after consulting sexologist." now she is alleging that i am impotent(actually i am not) and i cheated her abt disease. can she files case of cheating abt disease? in the court of law , which is important- whether we didnt hv sex or medical tests of potency? is audio call recording valid? is it compulsay to tell abt disease before marriage?
