I appreciate your concern. Even if hr cannot succeed in divorce case and you win the case.. There's no guarantee that it will give you a happy life.. Law cannot enforce/ensure u a happy conjugal life.. it can only restrain him a second marriage.. U r in Bangalore.. do a thing.. Find any Girl whom have successfully defended the divorce case. Ask her experience, then you'll understand.. Just think the scenario from your perspective.. Ego will ruin your life..

You just contest the case.. prolonging is not a problem for u, its a problem for him only.. You can file Restitution of Conjugal Rights petition and Domestic violence Act cases to get following and other rights.. 1) Maintenance 2) To stay in your matrimonial home 3) To safeguard all your sridhana/dowry article.. 4) To protect yourself from all domestic violences.. etc.. (Google it to know the list of reliefs available under DV act)..

madam in this case no doubt you can fight the case for more then 10 years, further you have to file a case for restitution of conjugal rights where the court can direct your husband to stay with you and also it can dismiss the divorce petition filed by husband.
