you are filing a mutual fivorve case which is a favour you doing to ypur husband the grounds and conditions of divorce should be mention in the first motion petition which should be amicably settled between you both. If your husband doesnt agree then withdraw your case and ask him yo contest and file a case of adultery against your husband and bigamy too. The second marriage of your husband is void according to the hindu law. As yoy have mentioned you dont want to proceed through police those suggestions arent given otherwise you have more options so as to agree your spouse to settle on your terms

Sorry to say, you will get custody of your son, but you can't deny your husband's visitation rights. Court will normally grant visitation rights to father if the child in the custody of mother.

yes you can share your story there is no problem also file an application under section 26 of hindu marriage act and get orders that the custody of the child will remain with you forever and the father will not interfere in the life of your child and you.
