It is better to pay monthly payments. One or two months miss is not serious.

you can communicate with your lawyer on this statement he will place it before Court but it is on discretionary of Court

Talk to your advocate.. He'll place that statement before court for you.. But court will agree or not that's depends upon court. And one more thing.... Court will not accept that proposal...
