You can file petition to declare the marriage null and void u/s. 12 (i) (b) r/w Sec.5 of Hindu Marriage Act within a year.. Get some concrete medical evidence if possible before filing.. further police case for cheating u/s 417 IPC case may also be filed

sir you can file a case to declare the marriage as null and void or you can file for divorce on the said ground, further a criminal case can be filed under 420 IPC.
