सहमति से लिया विवाह विच्छेद शर्तों के अधीन होता है जो भी पति पत्नी तय करें।विच्छेद के बाद शर्तों के बहार कुछ नही मिलता

if she is able to maintain herself then she can't claim for maintenance but can claim for child..

yes the wife get a maintenance Nd divorce with some consideration from her husband ... for her survival.. the Child upto 5 yr live only with the mother... if the child is above 5 then both can claim his/her custody... the other one who don't get the custody sure have an access to the child ....which is decided before the court.... before filling the mutual divorce i suggest to have memorandum of understanding with consideration of money between husband Nd wife...
